Hi, I’m Wladimir.

I’m a Fullstack Software Engineer with six years of experience building software solutions for public-sector organisations. My work spans the full stack — from Angular-based frontends to Java / Spring Boot backends.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics (Software Engineering) from the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, Bielefeld, completed as part of a dual study programme with Deutsche Telekom AG. During that time I worked at rola Security Solutions.

Since 2023 I have been part of adesso Schweiz AG, where I contribute to large-scale e-government projects. After a brief engagement on the Landesweite Grundstücksuche (LGS) land-registry platform at the end of 2023, I worked on ZiviConnect for the Swiss Federal Office for Civil Service (ZIVI) throughout 2024 and 2025. Since the beginning of 2026 I have been working on the Erneuerung ZEMIS programme — a ground-up modernisation of the federal foreign nationals information system — for the Federal Department of Justice and Police (EJPD).

Outside of work I pursue my own projects — ranging from personal experiments and products shipped independently or under Hasijew Applications. I enjoy building things across the full spectrum: small utilities, side projects, and larger product ideas alike.
